This is not a traditional recruitment role. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to transition into a true services and solutions sales consultant.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven recruiter who wants more than filling roles. Someone who wants to sell impact, transformation and measurable business outcomes. You will:
- Develop C level and senior stakeholder relationships across the EU & LATAM region
- Identify transformation opportunities where AI driven services can deliver measurable ROI
- Position outcome based solutions rather than individual hires
- Work closely with delivery teams to scope, shape and sell consulting led engagements
- Transition from transactional recruitment sales to strategic solution selling
We will provide:
- A structured transition from recruitment into services sales
- Training in solution selling, consultative engagement and AI solution positioning
- Support from senior leadership and technical delivery teams
- Access to existing enterprise relationships to build from
Who This Role Is For
You may currently be:
- A 360 recruiter who is winning business but wants bigger deals and more strategic conversations
- A top resourcer ready to step into a revenue generating client facing role
- A recruiter who is frustrated selling headcount instead of value
You will likely have:
- 6 months or more experience in recruitment, delivery or business development
- Strong commercial instinct and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Resilience and ambition to build something long term
- A desire to evolve into a true solutions consultant
- Degree educated
- Fluent Spanish
