About the Role
- Develop new business – Win and grow clients in your specialist area.
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process – Business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and deal closing.
- Build long-term relationships – Partner with some of the biggest brands in Tech & Comms globally.
- Deliver exceptional talent solutions – Work with high-value clients and secure the best talent for their needs.
- Lead & mentor – Support junior consultants and share your expertise.

We’re Looking For People with a proven track record in recruitment and a desire to succeed. Ideal candidates will:
- Have at least 6 months+ in a sourcing, delivery, or 360° recruitment role.
- Be determined – Have a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
