I am searching for a Senior Named Account Director for my client, a high-growth, PE-backed enterprise software company delivering next-generation fraud prevention, behavioural biometrics, and real-time transaction risk analysis solutions. Backed by a market leading platform, strong commercial momentum, and a world-class leadership team, they are now scaling aggressively across Tier 1 banks in the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, strategic role, not just about renewals. You’ll be responsible for growing a defined portfolio of major financial services accounts, driving net new wins, and displacing legacy fraud stacks. You’ll own the full sales cycle, engaging directly with senior decision makers such as Heads of Fraud, CISOs, and Heads of Cards and Payments, delivering complex solutions that solve real-world financial crime challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and expand a defined book of strategic financial services accounts across EMEA
- Drive complex enterprise sales campaigns focused on behavioural biometrics, 3DS, fraud, and transaction security
- Execute net-new and expansion deals across large accounts, including displacing legacy providers
- Build and deepen relationships with Heads of Fraud, CISOs, Heads of Cards and Payments, CIOs, and Line of Business leaders
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to position solutions strategically
- Represent the company in the market as a credible fraud domain expert, not just a vendor
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or named account management expertise in fraud, risk, authentication, or behavioural biometrics
- Experience managing and closing deals valued at £1M–£10M+ total contract value (multi-year or multi-product sales)
- Deep domain knowledge and comfort engaging senior buyers in regulated banking environments
- Previous success selling solutions like 3DS, behavioural biometrics, transaction monitoring, or fraud orchestration
- A consultative, strategic seller who can run long, multi-stakeholder campaigns and challenge the status quo
- Strong networks and relationships across the UK and in other EMEA markets (e.g. Nordics)
- Self-sufficient, driven, and credible, able to operate as a plug-and-play operator within a high-performing team
Why Join?
- Product innovation is accelerating, behavioural biometrics innovation launched in 2024 and is already generating significant pipeline
- You’ll report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and collaborate with top performers hired from competitors
- Private equity-backed with aggressive investment in GTM and product — there’s a real opportunity to be part of a scaling phase and lead from the front
- Commission is uncapped, and major deal wins are rewarded — top performers are earning well into seven figures
