Tangent International are urgently looking for a Build Delivery Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract based in the United Kingdom (Reading/Remote is considered).
We are looking for a highly experienced Build Delivery Manager with proven team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong background delivering complex RAN rollout programmes for UK telecom operators. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience leading teams across large-scale, complex mobile network deployment projects and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across customers, ASPs, suppliers, and internal delivery functions.
The Implementation Manager is responsible for successful implementation of all Build instructed sites to their assigned Project. Responsibilities include:
- Work with Customer Project Manager to ensure all site builds are correctly instructed.
- Ensure all Customer PO cover and ASP PO cover is in place before work commences at site level.
- Conduct initial site gating meetings with the ASP and conduct thorough review of site level drawings to ensure the site level drawing and planned site build are both achievable and safe in line with customer local and global Health and Safety policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for Health and Safety management through the site planning and site execution phase.
- WIP management – accurate forecasting, timely hardware processing and notifying logistics of any necessary WIP returns.
- Working with the On The Day (OTD) team to support the site execution phase, resolving any in-phase issues such as access, transmission or logistics issues.
- Acceptance – continue to work with the assigned ASP, OTD team to manage sites successfully through the build phase to ensure site is completed Right First Time (RFT) and ensure timely cash collection and the ASPs.
- Data – The Implementation Manager is held accountable to their Project Data. All site milestones and current status, with supporting comments and evidence/documents must be uploaded and updated, as a minimum, weekly, to ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders at all times.
- Project reporting – internal reporting to Customer Project Manager or any other stakeholders as required.
Required expert knowledge of site-based delivery, including Rigging, Install and Commissioning.
