The Candidate Success Manager will play a major part in ensuring a perfect meeting of minds between prospective employer and prospective candidate whilst also contributing to the evolution and prosperity of the business from an administrative and creative point of view.
The Candidate Success Manager role is still classed as an ‘entry level’ position and offers the opportunity for fast-track development into Senior Candidate Success Manager.
The Candidate Success Manager is someone that uses a number of techniques/tools to find candidates that match specific customer requirements.
- Setting up online ‘searches’ in order to resource and research for candidates from the Tangent proprietary database
- Setting up online ‘searches’ in order to resource and research for candidates from multi online channels including job boards and social media
- Resourcing and researching for candidates using networking techniques with existing candidates
- Updating of proprietary candidate database
- Telephone contact with clients to arrange interviews
- Customer visits with manager
- Some contractor care responsibilities
- Some logistics support contractors in field (flights, accommodation etc.)
- General administration duties as tasked by manager/s
