This is a newly created Account Manager role for the UK and European region, offering the opportunity to manage a portfolio of mid-sized customers, drive renewals, and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The role sits within a high-performing commercial team and is key to expanding the business outside of the US.
What You’ll Be Doing- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across the UK and continental Europe (with occasional accounts in APJ)
- Take ownership of renewals and revenue expansion opportunities within medium-sized accounts
- Drive new business activity across your assigned territory — approximately 50% of the commission plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions) to support value delivery and drive account success
- Stay ahead of renewal timelines, proactively identifying growth opportunities
- Reports directly to VP and C-level leadership
- Territory spans UK and multiple European countries, with a small number of accounts in APJ
- Compensation includes a 60/40 base to commission split, with accelerators for overachievement
- Portfolio value includes a healthy mix of expansion potential and predictable renewals
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or Sales within a software/SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process from pipeline to close, including renewals and new business - Hunter Mindset
- Experience handling deal sizes between £90K and £150K, ideally within a territory worth ~£2M
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — confident, credible, and commercially minded
- Proven ability to drive upsell and cross-sell motions while managing existing accounts with care
- Ability to independently manage a territory, develop strategic plans, and act with ownership
- CRM experience is required (Ideally Salesforce), but success in this role relies on proactivity, not automation
- Organised, thoughtful, and strategic — capable of balancing multiple accounts and workstreams
- Experience in fraud, risk, authentication, or cybersecurity is a plus, but not required
- Experience in selling to the banking industry a huge advantage but not essential
- Base Salary: £77K – £85K
- OTE: Approximately £141K (uncapped with accelerators)
- Commission Plan: 50% renewals / 50% new business
- Travel: Up to 50%, primarily across the UK and Europe
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager to take on a region-anchoring role with high visibility, strong growth potential, and a market-leading solution portfolio.
