The UK commercial print market is actively modernising legacy ERP platforms. A specialist software provider with deep industry roots and private equity backing is investing in enterprise growth and seeking a senior Account Executive to lead that mandate.
We are supporting a global provider of industry-specific ERP and production management software designed exclusively for commercial print environments. With a dominant presence in North America and a growing European footprint, the business is strengthening its enterprise capability in the UK.
This is a strategic hire with genuine ownership. You will take responsibility for developing and growing an enterprise territory across commercial print, publication, mailing and high-volume production organisations. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales mandate, not a transactional overlay role.
Why this opportunity stands out:
- Established and credible industry platform with decades of sector focus
- Strong installed base across complex production environments
- Private equity backing and continued investment in product innovation, including AI-led capabilities
- Broad solution portfolio enabling both new logo acquisition and meaningful expansion revenue
- A market where legacy system replacement and operational modernisation are active commercial drivers
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Develop net new enterprise pipeline within the commercial print sector
- Engage senior decision-makers across complex, multi-site print organisations
- Lead structured discovery processes and articulate clear ROI cases
- Manage forecasting and pipeline discipline within Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical sales, product and professional services teams
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
What you will be selling:
Industry-specific ERP and production software purpose-built for commercial print operations. The solutions enable operational efficiency, automation and revenue growth across complex production workflows. Unlike generic ERP platforms that require heavy customisation, this software is tailored to the vertical, allowing you to position measurable operational impact rather than broad system replacement.
What we are looking for:
- Proven enterprise software sales experience
- Experience selling ERP, MIS or production software solutions
- Track record of selling into commercial print or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline independently
- Experience using structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC
The profile:
You are commercially disciplined, credible at executive level and comfortable operating with autonomy. This environment rewards sellers who take ownership of their territory, manage pipeline rigorously and thrive in consultative, industry-focused selling.
Why consider this move:
- Enterprise-level earning potential with uncapped commission and accelerators
- A specialist vertical with real industry credibility
- Opportunity to join during a focused UK growth phase
- Backing of a mature product suite rather than a start-up gamble
- Long-term progression potential within a PE-backed organisation
If you are currently selling enterprise ERP or MIS solutions into commercial print or manufacturing environments and are open to a strategic UK mandate, I would welcome a confidential discussion.
