Tangent International have teamed up with one of the UK's fastest growing Gigabit WiFi service providers. We are currently looking for a Senior Network Administrator to work as a L3 NOC Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling complex technical support issues.
- Introduction of multi-vendor network devices with the monitoring systems.
- Day-to-day Technical Operation activities (network migrations, design changes, infrastructure updates and firmware updates).
- Involvement in major support escalations which members of the lower team are unable to fix.
Requirements:
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, iBGP).
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards and general Wireless principles.
- Experience of working in a NOC, particularly within an ISP/Telecoms Industry.
