The enthusiastic delivery of top quality childcare includes:

  • Providing a safe environment for children
  • Children's learning and development
  • Daily, weekly and monthly checks around the nursery

Qualifications, training and experience required:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Some post-qualification experience is desirable
  • EYFS knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work well in partnership with parents/agencies
  • An ability to organise own work and use initiative
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities
