As an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, you’ll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive. You’ll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness education—helping create a healthier workplace culture. Your impact goes beyond treatment: you’ll help employees move better, feel better, and stay on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes.
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team.
- Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety.
- Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home.
- Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.
