The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

This is a two day part-time position with opportunity for flexible hours for the right candidate. You will be able to build on a strong foundation, with our recent Ofsted inspection (April 2025) recognising the school’s commitment to ensuring that “The school makes decisions with pupils’ best interests at heart.” You will be supported by a strong and committed school team, local governance and a welcoming Board of Trustees. In addition, you will work alongside SENDCos from across the Trust, who meet regularly to strengthen our shared commitment to inclusion and belonging.

As a community, we work together to create a caring and inclusive environment in which pupils can thrive intellectually, emotionally and socially. You should be an exceptional teacher who can provide demonstrative and aspirational guidance in relation to the development and implementation of the SEND provision at Woodlea. You must be able to work closely with parents/carers; support and secure high-quality learning, effective use of resources and improved standards of achievement by bringing experience, energy, enthusiasm and determination to the role.
