About the role
As our Contract Manager within Housing, you will play a key role in helping us deliver safe, well-managed homes and high-quality services to our residents. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure our housing contracts are well run, compliant, and deliver real value. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll manage contracts day-to-day, support procurement activities, monitor performance, and help drive continuous improvement across our housing services.

- Experience in contract management, ideally within housing or the public sector
- Confidence working with contractors and building positive, productive relationships
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience of monitoring performance and using data to identify improvements
- Good understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements in contract management
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a range of audiences
