Working directly to the Grants and Adaptions Manager, this role is perfect for someone who excels at managing detailed tasks, is precise and accurate with numbers and finance, and is highly organised and methodical, with the ability to independently manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. If you’re comfortable collaborating through hybrid working and enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities, this position could be the ideal fit for you.

On a typical day you will:

  • Accurately maintain data for the collation of statistics
  • Update systems
  • Process payments to contractors
  • Arrange purchase orders
  • Be responsible for electronic filing
  • Respond to queries from Occupational Therapists and the Council’s outsourced Home Improvement Agency
  • Arrange and provide note taking at online meetings

You’ll be expected to continuously improve working processes and problem solve to find solutions using your attention to detail and resourceful and flexible approach. Confidence in using databases and Microsoft software is essential.
