Tandragee Golf Club is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team. Working alongside and assisting our Head Chef throughout the week, the successful candidate will help deliver high-quality food for members, visitors, functions, and club events.
Position Details
- Approx. 35 hours per week
- Overtime available during busy periods and events
- Flexible working pattern including evenings and weekends when required
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Preparing and presenting meals to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
- Assisting during functions, competitions, and busy service periods
Ideal Candidate
- Previous kitchen or chef experience essential
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food hygiene knowledge essential
