The predicted salary is between 47500 - 55000 £ per year.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 and up to 20% bonus and £600 per month car allowance

Location: Flexible – (Dealers & Brokers) patch covers parts of Yorkshire (Leeds, Wakefield, Sheffield)

The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers. To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers and brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies.

  • Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area.
  • Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.
  • Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers.
  • Offering excellent customer service.
  • Being an active team player.
  • Achieving business targets and personal objectives.
  • Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff).

  • Effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties.
  • Can work independently, setting your own priorities and taking a lead role.
  • Prepared to take accountability for your own performance.
  • Can communicate verbal and written information to customers in a way which is clear, fair, and not misleading.
  • Can work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.
  • Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types.

It would be great, but not essential if you have:

  • Previous experience of motor finance, or associated businesses within the motor industry.
  • A good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry.
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry.
