What you'll be doing

You'll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you'll:

  • Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
  • Oversee daily store operations including deliveries, cash handling and compliance checks
  • Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
  • Monitor your store's performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
  • Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store's growth
