We’re looking for a People Operations Analyst to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities; it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and continuously improving the accuracy, integrity and governance of colleague data and People systems.
  • Producing regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll and reward.
  • Analysing trends and translating data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Acting as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation.
  • Supporting reward, pay and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Supporting with the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration and statutory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap).
  • Providing guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems and operational processes.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience working with HR/People data, reporting and systems.
  • Demonstrates advanced Excel skills and confidence handling complex datasets.
  • Can translate data into clear insights and meaningful business recommendations.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and cyclical deadlines.
  • Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Has a practical, solutions-focused approach to enhancing systems and processes.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Ideally has experience or exposure to payroll, reward, benefits or statutory reporting.
