This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office per week. At Cotswold Outdoor Group, the outdoors isn’t just where we work, it’s who we are. We’re looking for a Creative Production Lead to join us on that journey. What you’ll be doing:
- Take full ownership of creative production across VM campaigns
- Deliver print, props, and physical display assets from concept to installation
- Manage end-to-end production, including supplier sourcing, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with print, fabrication, and prop suppliers
- Establish and embed scalable production processes and ways of working
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards
- Collaborate closely with creative and operational teams to bring concepts to life
- Identify and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
- Balance creative ambition with practical, deliverable solutions in a fast-paced environment

- Has strong experience in print, production, or fabrication, with supplier knowledge and contacts
- Is a proactive self-starter, comfortable building structure from scratch
