We are looking for a Business Development Executive who doesn't just generate leads but creates opportunities that drive business growth. At Unispace, we partner with some of the world's most recognised brands to design, build, and deliver exceptional workplaces. Operating across 48 studios globally, we combine strategy, design, technology, and delivery to help organisations create environments where their people can perform at their best.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven SDR/Business Development Executive to help introduce Unispace to new organisations, build relationships with key decision-makers, and create opportunities that support our continued success. The Role
As a Sales Development Representative/Business Development Executive, you will sit at the forefront of our commercial team, responsible for identifying opportunities, opening conversations, and building relationships with prospective clients. You'll engage directly with senior stakeholders across a variety of sectors, introducing Unispace's capabilities, understanding business challenges, and creating opportunities for our senior business leaders to develop further. This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by the challenge of turning a cold introduction into a meaningful business opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound calling, email outreach, and targeted business development activity
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a range of industries
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Securing meetings and introductions for senior members of the commercial team
- Researching organisations, markets, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Managing and developing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting activity
- Collaborating closely with regional and global teams to support wider growth initiatives

- Previous experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment, or another outbound sales environment
