We’re now looking for a Rewards & MI Manager to join our People & Culture team in London and help shape the next evolution of reward at Unispace.
This is a genuinely influential global role.
You’ll own and develop our approach to reward, compensation and people data, partnering closely with senior leadership and our regional People & Culture teams to create frameworks that are commercially sound, equitable and built for a global organisation.
It’s an opportunity to move beyond simply managing established processes. We want someone who can look at what we do today, understand where we’re heading and help us build reward programmes, systems and insights that attract great people, recognise performance and support the continued evolution of Unispace.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our global reward programme and help ensure our approach remains competitive, consistent and aligned with both our people strategy and wider business objectives.
That will include:
* Leading our annual reward cycle, including salary and bonus reviews.
* Partnering with senior leadership and the Board on reward budgets, benchmarking and compensation decisions.
* Developing our approach to salary structures, benefits, job architecture and pay equity across multiple markets.
* Ensuring commission schemes are applied consistently and calculated accurately.
* Using market intelligence, people data and analytics to identify trends and give senior leaders meaningful insight.
* Working closely with Finance to ensure compensation data is accurate and reconciled.
* Partnering with regional People & Culture teams and leadership to make sure global programmes work effectively at a local level.
