Join one of the world's leading architectural practices. We're working with an internationally renowned architecture practice to appoint an experienced BIM Coordinator for an initial 6-month contract within their London studio. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the digital delivery of major, high-profile projects, working alongside some of the industry's most respected architects and design technology professionals. You'll help drive BIM excellence across complex multidisciplinary schemes while supporting project teams through every stage of the design and delivery process.
The Role
As BIM Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of BIM standards, workflows and digital delivery across multiple live projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating BIM workflows across large-scale architectural projects
- Managing BIM QA/QC processes and ensuring ISO 19650 compliance
- Running clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
- Supporting and developing Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows
- Developing automated workflows for data extraction and model management
- Producing BIM reports, presentations and project documentation
- Supporting BIM onboarding and mentoring project teams
- Working closely with architects, consultants and digital delivery specialists to ensure project standards are achieved
- Maintaining and improving collaborative digital delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle
About You
We're looking for someone who can confidently operate within a fast-paced, design-led environment and has a genuine passion for digital delivery. You'll ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or Digital Delivery role
- Advanced Revit experience on large, complex architectural projects
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Experience using Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection
- Excellent understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience within an architectural practice or multidisciplinary consultancy
Desirable experience includes:
- Rhino
- Grasshopper or Dynamo
- Python or other scripting languages
- Enscape or VR workflows
