Unispace is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to take ownership of internal communications across a truly global business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role working directly with the Group Chief People Officer and Group CEO, helping shape communication strategy and deliver key business initiatives across multiple regions. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage an existing function – you’ll be the internal communications expert, setting the direction, building structure and personally delivering impactful communication across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading global internal communications activity across multiple regions
  • Supporting the rollout of key business priorities, people initiatives and transformation projects
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure clear, consistent communication across the business
  • Creating engaging content, messaging and campaigns that connect employees globally
  • Establishing best practice, processes and structure for internal communications
  • Acting as the trusted communications partner for executive leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven internal communications experience within a global or multi-region organisation
  • Experience working closely with senior executives / leadership teams
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
  • Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Someone comfortable owning the internal comms function independently

Previous built environment experience would be beneficial but is not essential – the priority is finding someone who understands communication across complex international businesses.
