This is a project‑focused role, not a roaming position — you’ll be embedded on a single, large‑scale scheme, supporting a critical phase of design coordination and delivery. The Role
- Take ownership of design coordination and delivery, ensuring the project moves seamlessly from design intent through to build.
- Lead design coordination across all disciplines (interiors, consultants, subcontractors).
- Manage the flow of drawings, packages, and technical information.
- Act as the key link between design team, delivery team, and site.
- Ensure design intent is maintained while remaining buildable and programme‑aligned.
- Review drawings for coordination, quality, and compliance.
- Drive resolution of design issues and RFIs.
- Support programme by ensuring design deliverables are issued on time.
