Drive Growth Across European Markets
Unispace is looking for a motivated German-speaking Business Development Executive to join a growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation to play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). You’ll be responsible for identifying new prospects, initiating conversations and developing early-stage client relationships, working closely with the senior sales team to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
The Role
- Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through cold calling and networking
- Generate, qualify and develop new business leads
- Secure meetings and appointments for the senior sales team
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing early-stage relationships
- Research the DACH market to identify potential clients, decision-makers and new opportunities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop effective outreach strategies
- Track and report on lead activity, pipeline performance and conversion
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share market insights and opportunities
About You
- 1–3+ years’ experience in business development, sales or another client-facing B2B role
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales or appointment setting
- Professional fluency in German and English is essential
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proactive, motivated and target-driven
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and using data to track performance
Desirable Experience
Experience within commercial real estate, design & build, architecture, construction or professional services would be advantageous, but is not essential.
