About the RoleThis is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for activating and delivering brand marketing strategy across one of our fascias. You'll lead the execution of campaigns, product launches, seasonal activity and brand initiatives, ensuring a consistent customer experience across retail, digital, social, CRM, and paid channels.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activity, and product launches across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned to customer, brand, and commercial priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and brand metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
