We’re looking for a confident, people-first Store Manager to lead our high-performing Cotswold Outdoor | Runners Need store in Skipton.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established store with an experienced team already in place. We’re looking for someone who can provide clear leadership, drive consistency and structure, and foster a strong, positive team culture. What You’ll Be Doing:Leading and mentoring a capable, knowledgeable retail team
Driving store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Providing structure and consistency while supporting day-to-day operations
Tackling challenges with clarity, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
Creating an inclusive, values-led culture while supporting team development and succession planning
Proven experience in retail leadership (outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail preferred)
A calm, composed presence that supports and inspires others
Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop individuals
A proactive and supportive leadership approach
A genuine passion for the outdoors and encouraging healthy, active lifestyles
Competitive salary up to £31,600 per year
Annual bonus potential up to £4,250
