As Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will be the engine of our talent acquisition activity in the UK and support hiring across EMEA as required. Based full-time at our clients London studio, you will be embedded within the business, partnering closely with hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure exceptional talent into a fast-growing, design-led environment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a skilled recruiter who is equally comfortable managing high volumes of roles and building long-term talent pipelines. You will act as a true brand ambassador for our client, ensuring every candidate has a compelling, professional experience from first contact to offer.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for EMEA vacancies, from briefing and job posting through to offer management and onboarding handover.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialist networks.
- Demonstrable in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction, or professional services sectors.
- Strong direct sourcing capability with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
- Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Familiarity with specialist roles such as interior designers, project managers, pre construction, or site-based professionals.
- Exposure to diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
