As Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will be the engine of our talent acquisition activity in the UK and support hiring across EMEA as required. Based full-time at our clients London studio, you will be embedded within the business, partnering closely with hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure exceptional talent into a fast-growing, design-led environment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a skilled recruiter who is equally comfortable managing high volumes of roles and building long-term talent pipelines. You will act as a true brand ambassador for our client, ensuring every candidate has a compelling, professional experience from first contact to offer.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for EMEA vacancies, from briefing and job posting through to offer management and onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles and timescales.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialist networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit before presenting shortlists to the business.
- Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
- Demonstrable in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction, or professional services sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent vacancies across varied disciplines and seniority levels.
- Strong direct sourcing capability with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
- Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience recruiting within workplace design, interior fit-out, architecture, or construction sectors.
- Familiarity with specialist roles such as interior designers, project managers, pre construction, or site-based professionals.
- Exposure to diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
