Are you an experienced, technically-focused, and detail-oriented Project Manager ready to take on high-specification projects? Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is looking for an experienced head to oversee projects throughout the Construction Delivery phase, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
A Project Manager at our firm plays a critical role in the successful delivery of our high-specification projects. You will be the driving force behind project success, leading and coordinating all aspects of the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Managing the commercial and contract side of the project from Tender Handover through to final account.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes and resource plans.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success, and managing risk control.
- Leading project meetings and providing regular updates and reports to clients and their teams.
- Providing experienced and effective leadership to each member of the project.
- Liaising with the Technical Services Team to ensure the delivery of Design and Drawings captures any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect project delivery.
- Management of the Procurement Process.
- Driving and promoting health and safety.
- Cost control, while liaising with the project Quantity Surveyor to produce monthly reports.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, while promoting and demonstrating company values.
- Managing quality control and Handover documentation.
