What You’ll Do
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and keep the store running smoothly.
- Your role will include:
- Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Supporting daily operations — stock control, cash handling, and store safety
- Stepping up to lead when the Store Manager is away
- Maintaining high visual standards and creating a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment
- Driving store performance and hitting targets
