We are a leading executive search firm with specialist teams across multiple sectors operating globally. Due to growth within our Legal desk, we are looking to hire a Legal Recruiter to join the team in London or Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market mapping and identifying high-calibre legal talent
  • Headhunting and proactive outreach
  • Managing candidates from the first approach through to placement
  • Interview preparation and ongoing candidate care
  • Supporting senior mandates, including Partner-level searches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of legal recruitment experience within private practice (essential)
  • Experience across private practice legal hiring
  • 360 recruitment experience advantageous
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Confident in outbound business development and relationship building
  • Track record of placing Associate-level lawyers and above
  • Partner-level recruitment exposure is a plus
