Our client, an elite M&A boutique, is looking to hire a talented Junior to Mid-Level Investment Banking Associate to join their team specialising in Telecoms/Digital Infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing strategic advisory and financing transactions across the sector, working closely with senior bankers and clients on complex, high-profile mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A, strategic advisory and financing transactions across Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure.
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
- Prepare client presentations, investment committee materials and market analysis.
- Support due diligence, transaction structuring and deal execution.
- Build relationships with clients, investors and other key industry stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, ideally within M&A or a sector-focused coverage team.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Telecoms, Digital Infrastructure, Data Centres, Fibre Networks, Towers or related Infrastructure assets is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
