As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire experienced recruiters across Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal levels to join our London office. We are looking for top performers across Professional Services and Financial Services markets, covering Consulting, Banking, Investment Banking, Banking Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Operations mandates across global clients. You will join a fast-growing, high-performing team with a strong market reputation and access to an established international client base. The role is suited to commercially driven recruiters who are motivated by relationship building, business development and delivering high-quality search mandates within a dynamic platform.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience within Professional Services, Financial Services or related sectors
  • Experience recruiting across any of the following: Consulting, Banking, Investment Banking, Banking Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal or Operations functions
  • Demonstrable track record of client development, business generation and successful placements
  • Ability to manage end-to-end / 360 recruitment processes
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership experience or team management capability is beneficial for more senior levels
