Director Transaction Services

We’re seeking skilled Transaction Services Professionals (Senior Manager to Director level) to join our client, a leading global professional services firm in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of financial due diligence. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter ready to advance their career in deal advisory space with entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and its clients. Lead engagements from inception through completion, working closely with directors and coordinating with clients and target entities as needed. Produce detailed, high-quality reports that identify and communicate key transaction risks. Perform thorough analysis of a business’s financial performance, including key value drivers and trends. Manipulate and interpret large data sets to generate valuable, actionable insights. Communicate findings, requirements, and timelines effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development through regular coaching and guidance. Requirements: A professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA, or equivalent accreditation. High levels of accuracy, analytical ability, and diligence. Extensive experience in UK financial due diligence. This position is open to candidates based in Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds.
