We are a leading executive search firm with specialist teams across multiple sectors, including Legal. Due to growth within our Legal practice, we are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to join the team in London.
The focus is entirely on candidate sourcing, engagement, and management. You will work closely with senior consultants on legal mandates, taking full ownership of the candidate side of the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Market mapping and identifying high-calibre legal talent
- Headhunting and proactive outreach
- Confidently calling and engaging candidates
- Managing candidates from first approach through to placement
- Interview preparation and ongoing candidate care
- Supporting on senior mandates, including Partner-level searches
This is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, research, and relationship-building, and wants to focus on execution within an executive search environment.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year’s experience in legal recruitment
- Experience working within legal recruitment (agency or in-house at a law firm)
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
- Experience recruiting qualified lawyers (Associate level and above)
- Exposure to Partner-level sourcing is highly advantageous
- Opportunity to work on high-level, contingent and retained search mandates
