We are partnering with a leading global advisory platform to identify an Associate Director for its growing Real Estate M&A Advisory practice.
This is a high-profile opportunity to work at the intersection of complex, high-value transactions and strategic growth initiatives within the real estate sector.
The team advises on a wide range of corporate and asset transactions across residential, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, and mixed-use portfolios. You’ll be working directly with senior leadership on live deals while also shaping the future direction of the practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the execution of real estate M&A transactions, including corporate acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, platform investments, and equity/debt raisings.
- Structure deals involving both operating platforms and underlying assets (including JV promote and profit-share structures).
- Develop, review, and refine detailed financial models and investment materials for client and investor presentations.
- Work closely with investors, developers, operators, and corporate leadership teams to deliver commercially robust solutions.
- Contribute to the team’s strategic growth by identifying opportunities to refine service offerings and expand sector coverage.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
