Tandem Search is looking for an ambitious recruiter to own our Legal Private Practice desk in London. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional (ideally with 6 months to 2 years’ experience) to step into a warm market, capitalising on several strong existing relationships that need dedicated support.
As the first dedicated Legal Private Practice recruiter in our London office, you’ll have the chance to establish your name in the market, grow your own desk with real autonomy, and play a key role in shaping our Legal offering for the future.

Key Responsibilities
- 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Client Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, partners, and talent teams at top UK and international law firms.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow your client base in the London legal market.
- Candidate Delivery: Source, assess, and place top-tier lawyers at associate and partner level.

Key Requirements
