If you are a high-performing 360 recruiter with a proven track record in business development, client management, and talent acquisition, we would love to connect with you.

As a specialist recruiter, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and executing senior-level placements within top-tier financial institutions, investment banks, and professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development β Proactively identify and win new client relationships within Banking, Financial Services, and Professional Services.
- Client Relationship Management β Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in global consulting and financial institutions.
- Talent Acquisition & Delivery β Source, assess, and place top-tier professionals in front-office, risk, compliance, finance, and strategy roles.
- Market Mapping & Advisory β Provide expert market insights and recruitment strategies to clients across Southeast Asia.
- End-to-End 360 Recruitment β Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and aftercare.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience within Insurance, Risk, or Actuarial sectors, with a proven track record of delivering senior-level placements.
- Strong 360 recruitment experience, particularly in business development and client management.
- Established network and relationships with key decision-makers within the financial services, insurance, or actuarial consulting sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and meet/exceed targets.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring trends, regulatory changes, and talent movement within the Insurance and Risk consulting markets.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
