Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities to maximise profitability, enhance customer relationships, and drive the company’s market presence across international markets. The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in the delivery of projects across the UK and EU, ensuring financial success and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Oversight: Oversee commercial activities to maximise profitability, control costs, and manage margins across all projects.
- Project Delivery & Tenders: Manage commercial elements of project delivery in the UK & EU, including estimating tenders, generating quotations, and advising on procurement strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Network with key stakeholders to develop business opportunities, acting as Bid Manager to align customer expectations and mitigate risks.
- Financial & Strategic Analysis: Conduct financial analysis for profitability assessments, implement cost-saving measures, and develop strategic pricing roadmaps.
- Collaboration & Handover: Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Project Management teams for seamless project delivery and continuous improvement.
- ERP & Reporting: Maintain ERP systems, update costs and parts, and publish monthly performance reports.
Competencies Required:
- Experience in the Retail and Brands sector within the UK and EU.
- Proven commercial management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills for market data and financial reports.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
