The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A sucsessful Retail Project Manager is responsible and accountable for developing and executing all aspects of the project from start to finish in a co-ordinated manner to ensure margin expectations, manage customer requirements, leads and developvelopment to ensure Best in Class service is delivered and maintained. * Communicate with Account Manager to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project * Experience managing retail projects desiarable * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives – delivery on-time, within scope and within budget * Create and maintain/updated store layout breakdowns, ensuring all changes and revisions are captured and updated in a timely manner. * Manage the project and demand through in house ERP system, ensuring the system is regularly updated should changes occur ensuring the operational team are kept updated at every stage * Project invoicing at the end of each project to be actioned in current month in line with business GDNI targets * Co-ordinate internal resources and installation teams * Manage, maintain and update all project documents in the customer shared folder highlighting change and revision control. * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs * Liaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with project execution plan * On site presence throughout the duration of the project and to be initiative-taking in identifying any potential problems or issues which can be highlighted on site and implement counter measures * Managing material requests, organising trades, and co-ordinating logistics * Conducting routine site visits to ensure project alignment with program * Overseeing comprehensive site management from inception to fruition Tandem Recruitment Group is working on behalf of our client and if you have the relelvant expereince required for a Retail Project manager we would like to hear from you
