We are looking for a Production Team Leader to be based in Wellingborough for our client working in the FMCG Industry. This is an opportunity to manage a team as well as operate a variety of packing machines to achieve set daily production targets. Our client packs a variety of different confectionery lines in a custom-built packing facility. We operate a fast-paced work environment with high standards, always aiming to promote excellent teamwork and support to one another.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure daily production targets are met to the agreed specification.
- Work within a team to achieve packing rates.
- Ensure that your team follows company systems and procedures.
- Ensure the completion of Quality Process documents.
- Maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Comply with procedures to meet BRCGS standards.
- Assist with the daily maintenance/cleaning and care of the machine and equipment.
- Communicate with all members of the business.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
