Location: Wellingborough

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, site based.

We are looking for an Internal Account Manager to be based in Wellingborough, working at the heart of our internal customer service and account management team. This role sits at the centre of the order journey raising and processing customer orders, managing allocated accounts, and working seamlessly with colleagues across the business. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, making sure every order moves smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

We operate in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative to meet our customers' requirements. You will use our purpose-built, user-friendly management system to manage orders and account data, with full training provided.
