Role Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable, hard working and experienced Welder to join their manufacturing team on a permanent basis.
Your responsibilities as a Welder:
- Mig Welding of steel fabrications such as fuel tanks, base frames and miscellaneous parts to do with production.
- Carrying out fabrication, repair and finishing work where required.
- Read technical drawings to accurately weld and fabricate parts and components.
- General workshop duties as required.
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
To be successful as a Welder you will have:
- Mig welding experience (required).
- Be able to work from technical drawings (required).
- Competent forklift driver (required).
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Be reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team.
