Tandem is a leading independent property asset management business with over 100 employees across 5 regional offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, and Glasgow. The team manages over 1,300 retail, office, industrial, and residential properties.
Tandem offers a permanent role to all of our graduates working within our commercial property management teams across a range of asset classes. The role allows graduates to complete the APC competences to varying levels 1, 2 & 3. Tandem sponsors all graduates to qualify as MRICS. You will be provided with a mentor throughout your career at Tandem to counsel and guide your continuous professional development.

Entry requirements
- Grade C or above in all A-Levels and GCSEs.
- A minimum of a 2:1 in a property estate management undergraduate degree, or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate postgraduate degree.
