Location: Workshop Ipswich / Field-based (UK)
Will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment across customer sites throughout the UK and overseas, ensuring our equipment operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, commissioning and configuring industrial equipment at customer sites
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
- Responding to breakdowns and providing fast, effective solutions
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
- Completing accurate service reports and maintenance documentation
- Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a professional company representative
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial or commercial machinery
- Excellent mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
- Hold an HNC/HND or equivalent
