Our client, an innovative healthcare provider with state-of-the-art clinical facilities based in Ipswich, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their executive team as Operations Manager.

Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the site and further develop the facility whilst ensuring the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and service provision. As a key member of the management team, the Operations Manager will also provide strategic support for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring full operational capacity.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of site operations and infrastructure.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standards (e.g., CQC, health & safety).
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, resources, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development within the facility.
