Our client, an innovative healthcare provider with state-of-the-art clinical facilities based in Ipswich, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their executive team as Operations Manager. Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will oversee the day to day running of the site and further develop the facility whilst ensuring the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and service provision. As a key member of the management team, the Operations Manager will also provide strategic support for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring full operational capacity.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of site operations and infrastructure.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standards (e.g., CQC, health & safety).
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, resources, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development within the facility.
