We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our clients busy Projects Team, delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works across a range of client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to the high standards our clients expect, while adhering to industry regulations, company procedures, and health & safety legislation. This role involves working on new store fit-outs, refurbishments, and general maintenance projects across a variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, and residential.
Key Responsibilities
- General building maintenance, decorating and finishing works
- Office fit-outs and meeting room installations
- Building and installing shelving systems
- Ceiling works alongside M&E teams (often out of hours)
- Plaster boarding and plastering feature walls, painting and finishing sales areas
- Installation of shelving systems and store equipment, fitting ancillary items (clip frames, fire safety equipment, signage)
Skills & Experience Required
- Essential: Experience in shopfitting, maintenance, or multi-trade roles
- Ability to carry out a wide range of general building and maintenance tasks
- CSCS card holder
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Good level of spoken and written English
