We are currently recruiting Engineering Operatives to join our client’s busy welding and fabrication team based near Woodbridge. These are hands-on, temp-to-perm opportunities ideal for candidates who are reliable, practical, and keen to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities could include:
- Assembly of fabricated metalwork
- Cutting and fitting insulation materials
- De-greasing and finishing metalwork
- Quality checking completed items
- Assisting within the spray paint area
- Moving painted items safely around the workshop
- Learning spray painting techniques (full training provided)
- General workshop duties and manual handling as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable with manual, hands-on work
- Previous workshop or industrial/engineering experience is beneficial but not essential
