Our client, a highly respected engineering manufacturer based in Diss, is looking for a talented and driven Design Engineer to join their busy and collaborative Design Office. The Role
Working within a skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in designing and developing high-quality products using SolidWorks and AutoCAD LT. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two projects are the same, offering the chance to work closely with multiple departments and see your designs brought to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D and 3D detail and assembly drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD LT.
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Purchasing, Production, customers, and suppliers on technical requirements and solutions.
- Produce Bills of Materials (BOMs), CE documentation, and O&M manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Production teams.
- Attend site surveys and support installations when required.
- Ensure all designs comply with Health & Safety standards and customer specifications.
